Bryony Evans advises on outsourcing and technology-related projects and commercial transactions involving technology, procurement and intellectual property.

Bryony has extensive experience of leading and managing these projects across a range of industries, including banking and financial services, telecommunications and FMCG. Bryony works closely and collaboratively with commercial, operational and technology teams to build a legal framework for these types of arrangements and to translate technical concepts clearly into legal drafting.

Bryony’s practice also includes acting on corporate and M&A transactions, with a focus on separation issues, intellectual property and IT issues and ongoing exclusivity and supply arrangements.

Bryony also worked for 5 years as a Senior Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
