Catherine is a member of the Banking and Infrastructure practice at King & Wood Mallesons and specialises in project and infrastructure financing, project and asset procurement and development, and corporate and general financing. Catherine has significant experience and expertise across a broad range of project sectors, including social infrastructure (hospitals, schools and prisons), infratech (land registry and data centres), economic infrastructure (roads and transport), renewables/energy (wind and solar) and real estate (social and affordable housing).
Her experience includes advising sponsors, developers, contractors and financiers.
Catherine has a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from FINSIA/Kaplan, and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice and Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Journalism) / Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney.

- Advising lenders to a bidding consortium in relation to the privatisation of the Ausgrid and Transgrid electricity network business in NSW.
- Advising a Consortium in relation to a bid for the acquisition of the Crown Castle telecommunications towers.
- Advising lenders to the successful bidding consortium in relation to the A$2.3 billion privatisation of the Sydney Desalination Plant.
- Advising Healthscope in its project financing and project negotiations with Queensland Health and negotiations with a consortium of project financiers in relation to the Gold Coast Private Hospital.

- Advising a bidding consortium in relation to the acquisition, development and project financing of the Stockyard Hill Wind Farm Project.
- Advising project sponsors in relation to their successful bid to acquire the Macarthur Wind Farm Project.
Real Estate
- Advising the successful bidding consortium in relation to the development and project financing of social and affordable housing in Brighton, Flemington and Prahran in Victoria through a 40 year land lease concession from the Victorian Government.
- Advising lenders to a successful bidding consortium in respect of phase 1 of the NSW Social and Affordable Housing Fund Program.
