Peter Stirling

Peter Stirling is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice in the Melbourne office of King & Wood Mallesons. He specialises in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate governance.

Peter advises a number of listed and non-listed companies including companies operating in the energy and resources, financial services and manufacturing sectors.

Peter was recognised in Best Lawyers 2012 in the practice area of Mergers and Acquisitions. He was listed as a leading individual for Equity Capital Markets by Chambers in 2008 and as a leading individual in Private Equity and Venture Capital and Mergers and Acquisitions by AsiaLaw in 2007. He also won the ILO Client Choice Award in the Mergers and Acquisitions category in 2012.
