Further expansion of the transaction team – Hilke Schmitt joins KWM as Counsel

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) strengthens its German M&A practice with Hilke Schmitt (lawyer).

At the beginning of January, transaction expert Hilke Schmitt joined the King & Wood Mallesons office in Frankfurt. Having previously worked in other international law firms, she has over 10 years experience in M&A, private equity and restructuring.
