We regularly represent Chinese issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, NASDAQ and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges. These include the largest and most sophisticated transactions in the world. Our team recently advised the six lead underwriters in relation to the Alibaba IPO, the largest IPO in the history of the US capital markets.

Uniquely across Greater China, we can advise on Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong listings as well as on non-registered offerings pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. On the debt side we have an outstanding track record and we advise on cutting-edge bond issuances, and structured finance and securitisation transactions.

We regularly advise a range of Chinese issuers. These range from the nation’s largest state-owned enterprises and private companies to up-and-coming companies across all sectors.  We also advise public companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity funds, both international and domestic, on formation and downstream investment.
