Mr. Bai Tao's main business areas are corporate restructuring, liquidation, debt restructuring, bankruptcy derivative litigation and corporate restructuring in M&A. Host or participate in projects covering the reorganization of listed companies, the merger and reorganization of large non-listed companies and their affiliates, and the major asset restructuring of listed companies, Involving steel, shipbuilding, papermaking, cement, real estate, auto parts, photovoltaics and other industries.

Since practicing in 2012, Mr. Bai has been focusing on debt restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization and bankruptcy liquidation and has accumulated rich practical experience. The cases involved large central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprise groups, listed companies and unlisted large enterprises restructuring, bankruptcy liquidation, some IPO projects and capital management plan investment projects and other capital market businesses.

Mr. Bai Tao joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2011 and worked in Beijing office and Guangzhou office successively. During this period, he also practiced in a well-known domestic law firm.

Mr.Bai is proficient in Mandarin and English.
