Mr. LI has extensive experience in dispute resolution and compliance investigation.
Mr. LI has been working in law firms since 2005. He is committed to dispute resolution and compliance investigation, and is skilled in legal analysis of complicated cases.
In the area of dispute resolution, Mr. LI has represented clients in a large number of cases with respect to international and domestic trade & investment, real estate, construction, banking and finance, credit cards, non-performing assets, insurance, labor, personal injury and death, intellectual property rights, corporate governance and administrative & criminal proceedings. Mr. LI is familiar with business transactions and values the business demands of clients.
Besides advising clients in daily compliance and assisting in compliance policy/program improvement, Mr. LI has engaged in dealing with government investigations at home and abroad, crisis management, and internal investigations. He has cooperated with foreign lawyers in many cases related to FCPA and other laws with exterritorial effects. He has provided services for clients of many industries including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, medical device, automotive, sports brand, luxury brand, manufacturing, and IT.
Mr. Li joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2006. He had worked for Llinks law firm and a foreign law firm in Shanghai.
Mr. Li obtained his Bachelor’s degree in International Economic and Trade and Master’s degree (LL.M) from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade (now Shanghai University of International Business and Economics).
He was admitted to practise in PRC in 2006.
His working languages are Chinese and English.
