Mr. Wu has advised on many restructuring matters in relation to large companies including Shenzhen Shenxin Taifeng Group Co., Ltd., China Kejian Co., Ltd., Shenzhen China Bicycle Company (Holdings) Limited., Shandong Helon Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Zhongda New Material Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chaori Solar Energy Science & Technology Co., Ltd.
Mr. Wu Jia has a wealth of experience in dispute resolution, and is highly appraised by clients in the areas of debt recovery and securities.
Mr. Wu Jia joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2006 and he is a partner in bankruptcy and restructuring.
Mr. Wu Jia is also active in academic research and writing. As one of the chief writers, he has participated in the editing of Practice of Justice of Securities Corporate Bankruptcy Cases, Bankruptcy and Restructuring New Perspective of Renascence of Listed-Company in Difficulty-Concentrating on Judicial Practice and Research on New Issues on Trial of Bankruptcy Cases.
Mr. Wu obtained his LL.B. from Nanjing University and his LL.M. from Sun Yat-sen University. He was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 2004.
