Daniel Ehret is a partner of King & Wood Mallesons based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He is a finance and restructuring specialist with more than 15 years’ experience in advising banks, debt funds and other investors and creditors as well as companies and their shareholders on national and cross-border financing transactions (including acquisition financings, corporate loans and factoring) and restructurings (e.g., in connection with rescue financings, distressed M&A, insolvency plans and debt-to-equity-swaps).

Prior to joining the King & Wood Mallesons network, Mr. Ehret was counsel in a globally active US firm in Frankfurt. He is admitted as a Rechtsanwalt in Germany and regularly speaks on issues of syndicated loans, financial covenants, intercreditor themes and related topics.

JUVE, Germany’s leading law firm directory, lists Mr. Ehret as “recommended” lawyer for restructuring and insolvency.
