Yoshiki Tsurumaki focuses on merger & acquisition, finance and other corporate matters including dispute resolutions. 

He represents finance facilities, investment fund, real estate and other business companies and has been advising on the real estate, energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, software companies and investment, merger & acquisition, organizational restructuring, finance (ABS, MBS, ABL, TMK, syndicate loan, structuring of fund, project finance, asset finance, equity finance, financial regulation), preparation for IPO to domestic and oversea markets, stock exchange regulations and others.  He also has a wealth of experience on business transactions and transactions by listed companies, major private companies, venture companies and other SMEs.

With regard to dispute resolution, he also represents clients in finance and corporate litigations.

Work Experience

Mr. Tsurumaki graduated from Waseda University, LL.B. in 1994 and Vanderbilt University Law School, LL.M. in 2007. 

He worked for NTT Data Corporation for two and half years and was registered as Japanese lawyer in 2003.  He focused on finance in Atsumi & Sakai, merger & acquisition, corporate and dispute resolution in Miyake & Yamazaki, He joined KWM in 2016.

His working languages are Japanese and English.
