For the fifth time in six years, the King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) International Funds team has won the “Law Firm—Fund Structuring” award at the 12th unquote” British Private Equity Awards.
KWM took home the prestigious award “Law Firm – Fund Structuring” at the 12th annual unquote” British Private Equity Awards on Tuesday 4 October. The ceremony was held in front of 350 private equity professionals at The Brewery in London. KWM was shortlisted for the award in recognition for its work in relation to the Palamon and the Green Investment Bank offshore wind fund matters.
